Party Issues - Random Disconnect

this is a connection problem, the party hoster sometimes cannot host more than a certain amount of people in one party, at a time, due to his or her internet connection settings. sometimes i could be playing mw3 in a party of four, being the host of the
party, and when someone else joins or has slow connection my party will randomly lag them out or kick them, because with my internet i can only host 4 at a time. also there have been slight problems with xbox live recently.

Also i use wireless, and i am under the router, as in it is upstairs right above me. I will try these tomorrow in the morning. (it's 12:32)

Sounds like a quality issue on your end. If you have a router, you could try bypassing it and see if performance improves. If it does, I would replace your router. If it does not, your internet modem or the actual line itself could be to blame for the
issue. I had an issue with my modem last year myself and replaced it. You may also wish to check with Comcast and ask if they can check your signal strength.

It could actually be the host of your chat with the bad connection. For example if you have more than just 2 people in a party, do the others lag out as well on occasion? If it happens all over the place, your problem could still be a quality issue because
pingtest only measures your quality for a couple of seconds unlike for minutes at a time like Xbox LIVE. Can you please give us a bit more info on what scenarios you lag out in?

It happens all the time when others host, when I host. It's completely random. It's also likely to happen when my group does the moon easter egg. But it happens in the dashboard too.
