    Party chat isnt working

    Hey there, zombie!

I'm sorry to see any issues with Party chat! Even though you can hear people, it's still likely that your headset is failing. Do you have another controller that you can test the headset on? Let me know if you are able to do that. :)

    My party chat isnt working

Hi Stanley, my name is Oskayra and I would be happy to help.

I'm so sorry for the issues you're having with your Xbox party chat on your PC. Here are some steps you can take to try to fix the problem:

    1. Check that your PC is updated to the latest version of Windows. You can check the version of Windows on your PC by going to Settings > System > About. If your PC is not updated, you can update it manually.

    2. Check that your Xbox app is updated to the latest version. You can check the version of the application by going to the App Store or Google Play. If the app is not updated, you can update it manually.

    3. Disable two-factor authentication (2FA). 2FA can interfere with group chat in some cases. To turn off 2FA, go to Settings > Security > Two-Step Verification.

Here are some additional tips that may help you fix the problem:

    1. Try using group chat on a different device. If group chat works on another device, there may be a problem with your PC.

    2. Try using group chat on a different network. If group chat works on another network, there may be a problem with your network.

Through the following links that I will provide you you will be able to see more detailed information regarding the solutions that I gave you in case you want to be sure that my information is correct, keep in mind that I specified the information to help you in a more personalized way to your problem .
