Party Chat Win10 App Not working

I have used win10 for a long time and never had an issue with The party chat , i

connect perfectly fine after a minute of talking it says dissconnected

and gives me the error code 0x89231806, after futher research went

through all the trouble shooting and still same results can talk for

30secs to a few minutes , then dissconnected says 0x89231806 even with

nat type moderate and open some times even strict it says even know ive

tried open ports, DMZ, and other command prompts even , i also

Reformatted my PC and started Fresh still the same issue Please help and

fix this ,

Party chat will only be available to live players. To chat with cross network gamers the app would probably need to implement some sort of voice or party function.

My xbox app do not work anymore (PC)

Classic Xbox App not working, don't worry even if you could connect you wouldn't be able to talk in party chat.

2. Have you tried signing in a different Microsoft account in the said app?

3. Have you made any changes on the device prior to this issue?

I am having the same issue, and did all the steps that you took as well. But since the windows update on (12/13/2016) I cannot connect to a party, or when I do its only for a minute, something is wrong with the Teredo.

Xbox App NAT type on Windows 10 displaying "Teredo is unable to qualify", you may click this

The Xbox App works with party chat.

I am having the same exact issue. I can hear in game chat, but no one can hear me. MS, please prioritize this for fix! It had worked previously, but it has not worked worked now for a long time. As a workaround, I hear that you can install the xbox beta
app alongside the regular xbox app and use the in app party chat with one app and stream with the other, but this will only work with party chat, not in game....
