Party Chat Transcription not working for some reason.

Is this a link to an audio transcript from a Don Sirvilius party chat?

Mine does not work and it does no say chat transcription it only says game

The reset and restart method did not resolve my issue.

The second option: "Navigate to Profile and system > Settings > Ease of Access; Select Game and Chat transcription; Under the Party chat options column, select one or both transcription settings" is not available on the PC Game Bar. If you could explain better how to get to Profiles Settings in the context of the Game Bar, that would be well appreciated.

Im having a similar problem but i cant use party chat and for some reason its not working anymore but i can still hear the audio.

To turn that on:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Ease of Access > Game and chat transcription.
   
3. To transcribe other party members’ voices into text, select the Speech-to-text checkbox.
   
4. To have your chat text read aloud to other party members, select the Text-to-speech checkbox. To choose the voice that other people will hear when your chat text is read aloud, select one of the available voices in the Text-to-speech voice menu.
