Party Chat through Xbox Companion App/Game Bar

Problem:

I recently purchased a Shure sm7b mic, cloud lifter, and goXLR mixer and set up a new PC to split game audio from party chat audio because I stream from an xbox one console through a capture card to a separate computer. Anytime I start or join a party through either the companion app or game bar on the PC, none of my output audio makes it to the rest of the party. I can hear them, but they can't hear me.

Troubleshooting I've done:

I've verified that the mic/mixer work appropriately by themselves. By using the routing table in the goXLR app I can push the dynamic mic to a headset 3.5 mm output.

I've changed default audio settings within the companion app and game bar for input and output to route my dynamic mic to a mixer channel and I hear no audio.

I've changed the default audio settings for both game bar and the companion app through the advanced sound settings that I access from the bottom right side of the taskbar.

I've attempted to use the default hardware of the PC (mic and speakers) in multiple configurations to route my dynamic mic audio to both speakers and different mixer channels. I've used default hardware of the PC to route the built in mic audio to both speakers and different mixer channels. None of these methods have resulted in any of my audio being output appropriately.

Other Notes:

When I first join the party, I hear sounds in my headset. When other people join, I hear their audio, but they cannot hear me. I see the colored circular indicator that tells me that the app is picking up my audio, but I can't hear it through any channel and other people in the party cannot hear it either.

I'm happy to provide screenshots of my settings if necessary.

I've used party chat on and off for years with no issues. I haven't tested that in the last week, but I have no reason to suspect that anything would have changed within that timeframe.

I was able to verify last night through discord voice chat that my whole system is set up correctly and I can get audio from that service to my mixer perfectly fine. I even streamed with it on twitch last night.

I've essentially isolated this to an app problem with either the Xbox Companion App or Game Bar not pushing my audio out but input/output settings are correct.

Any other ideas?

As I was commenting, it is necessary to verify if the problem currently persists in the mobile application or in the console itself, so we will identify if the problem is your profile, or the application on PC

I'm the administrator of this pc. I don't have any family group set up. I looked through the second link and everything was allowed. Do you think that it could still be a privacy issue?

Child's account cant view their privacy settings an adult is required to add him to a Microsoft family here

After the adult account creates the family and adds the minor's account to his family In order for you to be able to play multiplayer, you must change the privacy settings of your account. It can be done here

seems like, as the party chat recognize your mic, check if you have the same issues on mobile app or in a party directly on the Xbox
