    Party chat stuck connecting


    For about a month now, every time I join a party I’m stuck connecting and can’t talk. After a while, I get a connection error and get kicked from the party. I’m never able to talk in parties. My multiplayer connection is completely fine and I’m able to talk both through discord and game chat

    Can't use party chat

    I'm having these same issues right now. Game chat works fine but as soon as I get into any party, it won't let me switch to "Party Chat". It's like it's stuck in Game Chat & won't allow a switch over to Party Chat.

    Hi there.

    I would attempt checking your internet connection.

    If you do not have internet connection / stable internet the code will not process the party chat request. You can check wifi via Xbox settings, if this is still an issue I would unplug your xbox for 30 seconds OR restart your internet router.

    its SO hard to enjoy gears 3 fully because of party chats. how do they expect to show and play with team work and you cant even hear all of the other team members because they stuck in party chats!

    Do you mean your party chat session with someone disconnected or that you can't connect to party chat at all?

    If you can't connect to party chat at all please first make sure you have gold membership here:

    Gold is required for party chat.

    Also check here to see if you have an enforcement action that has suspended/banned you from using party chat:
