Party Chat Permanently Reduces Audio

I used to notice the 80% reduction of other sounds (as I configured) when I would join and leave party chat. Now it seems once I join a party it glitches and permanently reduces my game chat to where I can barely hear the game or even my TV without turning
the volume well above normal levels. It appears joining the party is permanently reducing the other sounds and I have to hard reboot my Xbox One whenever it occurs.

I have heard of this before, sometimes you do need to tweek the audio settings when in party, You can do so by going to audio section in settings while in a party. Here is what looks on the console.

I missed one thing: in addition to reducing game audio, I also reduced chat audio. Issue persists.

Did you try reducing the other noise by 50 or 80 percent in your audio setting for your headphones. It makes my voice and surrounding sounds alot lower but the party chat and game is still loud. Good luck hopefully this helps you out.

Here they are so far.

-Chat mixer- reduce the volume of other sounds by 50%

-Party chat output-headset

-Hmdi audio- stereo uncompressed

-Bitstream format is switched off

-Allow passthrough is switched off

-Headset format- windows sonic for headphones

-Using hdmi audit headset is switched off.

Have you checked all the console's audio settings to make sure they have not changed? It sounds to me as if the party chat volume has been turned down or the mixer has been changed to reduce the volume (or something...I don't have my console on to check what settings are there)
