Party chat not isn’t working for me

Party chat isn’t the problem it’s when I’m in game chat with friends my stream cannot hear them only me!

Please also check your account on the enforcement website http://enforcement.xbox.com/ to see if there were communication suspension of your account.

There isn’t a chat option and call back isn’t working always says somthing went wrong is there another way please
