Party chat not being included in streams through Twitch{UInable to reply to original post)

Sorry for repeating this but I have been trying to reply to my original post for the last few days and when i click submit nothing happens. My original question:

I've read through other posts about the exact same problem and there was no resolution to them. Couldn't add to them either as the topic had been locked.

I've tried everything that was suggestions in those topics as well as gone through troubleshooting with Twitch but had no luck.

I am using the Series S. I have the One S and if i login on it and start a stream, the option to include the party chat pops up for my friends. I don't Know why it won't only the Series S and the settings are the same. Anyone have any suggestions or know how to fix this?

I was asked if I had confirmed on the twitch app that I have set the stream settings to include your party audio?

And to share a screenshot of my current settings on the twitch app

Not sure if they were referring to the Twitch app on the xbox on mobile device but this is from the xbox , I dont see where it asks to include party audio, I just have the bar to control the volume or mute the party.

Are your friends also joining you trough the Xbox or a different device, for example the Xbox mobile app?

Does this happens with some of them or all of them?

Are you using the same account on both consoles or you are using different accounts?

When you stream through Xbox there is a setting in the twitch app to include party chat. But the party members have to allow their audio to be used. If you have “Party Chat” muted on the broadcast screen (it's in between “Microphone” and “Game”), or won't have the option to include audio.

There is no way currently to record party chat on Xbox.

There are work-arounds to record party chat and those include but are not limited to: third party recording software, streaming on Twitch or another streaming platform.

It'd be nice if Xbox would reply to this topic and mark it as like seen and being worked on or something... Seriously we can't game chat through streaming anymore and party chat through streaming.. ****
