Party chat keeps getting disconnected

Here lately every time i join an xbox party, after 10 minutes - an hour, it disconnects me from a party, and joining back just disconnects me immediately, but usually i hold the home button down and hit restart and then it works for the rest of the night

But today, restarting it does nothing, every single time i join a party, i get 10 to 30 minutes and i get disconnected, even after restarting

And my Internet is fine, it always keeps me in the online games im playing, just not the party

Please verify your NAT type because it can affect party chat stability. Go to Settings > General > Network settings and check your NAT type:

If it’s Moderate or Strict, it can cause disconnections.

If it’s Open, your connection should be stable.

And then restart your router and console by turning off your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds.

Fully restart your Xbox Series X by holding the power button for 10 seconds, unplugging it for a minute, and then turning it back on.

Next is to check for system. To do this, go to Settings > System > Updates and install any pending updates.

Then adjust privacy and communication settings by going to Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety and ensure your communication settings allow voice chat.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly connect your Xbox directly to your router via an Ethernet cable because this can help eliminate any Wi-Fi-related instability.

Its brand new so i dont think thats the issue but i may still have my old Belkin

Oh i should add i contacted my isp also and they said they could not see anything wrong at all also reducing players because of low bandwidth should not apply because im using the same internet speed i have been for the past 2-3 years with no problems until
now
