Party Chat Keeps Dropping

I'm trying the forums because I spent a few hours with X-box support and didn't get anywhere.

I can enter a chat, and I can stay in a chat for a while hearing and talking to people just fine while playing Destiny. Suddenly, I will get the error message that says "Something went wrong with your party. Try again later. 0x89231804." I get no notification
that I dropped. The other party members get a notification that I left.

Sometimes, it gives 0x80190193.

I have noticed the problem appears to be tied to whenever something changes in Destiny. For instance, if we are doing a run on Oryx and we all die - when the fight re-starts and we all respawn, I'll usually disconnect. Or, if we end a world and go into orbit,
I drop. This is just an observation - I don't think it's a hard and fast rule. Sometimes, we could be in the middle of a fight and I drop.

I have tried resetting the x-box, hard resetting, resetting my wireless, and I have set a static IP address with all of the required ports forwarded to the X-box (there are 7 of them). I have U-verse and to my knowledge they are not blocking any of the required
ports. I have also checked my NAT settings which are set to open.

And just to be clear, I can join a chat. I can participate in a chat. I just get randomly booted. In-game chat works fine.

Any thoughts? Any help?

I am getting dropped online beta since the beta update. plus party chat keeps dropping out.

 

Party Chat keeps dropping with no warning

NOTHING has changed on my end, I've never really had any problems when it came to the Xbox 1 except around launch.

I have Comcast cable internet, I pay for the speed boost, my NAT is open, I checked my upload/download speeds, everything looks normal on my end.

Starting yesterday I was playing GoW:UE with some friends while being in party chat and suddenly i realized noone had said anything in awhile, I snap to the party chat and it acted as if I was never in party chat and i never received a notification to being
kicked out from party chat. After a reset of my modem/X1, it stopped.

Now today I'am having the problem non stop, my cousin and I are trying to play Destiny and talk in party chat, the game is working fine but it keeps randomly dropping me from party chat with NO warning at all, I keep talking and then realizing that it had kicked
me, people on the other end say it shows me leaving the party.

Please help
