    Party Chat Issues

For the last couple of days, every time I join a party, I get the white X next to my name, a network error, and a little tab at the top to go to the network settings. I have the Xbox in the DMZ, wired directly to the modem, and the NAT is always open when
I check. I have a download speed of around 24mb, and I even have all ports open for good measure. It's happened before here and there, but in the last 48 hours, it has been every single time. Eventually it works after leaving and rejoining a party several
times, but sometimes I have to do a hard reset, and even that doesn't help every time. I don't know what good the Network settings button is supposed to be considering none of the options in there actually help with the issue.

Earlier today I started a party, and even though I had headphones, I got an error saying that Kinect was disabled for chat, and even though I could hear my friends through my headphones, they couldn't hear me, and there was no way to reset the error. I tried
leaving and rejoining the party, starting a new party, turning my Kinect on and off, and even unplugging my headphones and resetting them. The only thing that fixed it was another hard reboot. I opted out of the preview program for issues like this, and I
don't know if these are known bugs, if my Xbox needs repair, or if this is something that can be fixed somehow in settings. It's extremely frustrating to have to spend 5 minutes troubleshooting the party chat before I can actually enjoy games with my friends
every time I turn on my Xbox.

    :)
