Party chat issue (i cant hear anyone but they can hear me)

I have an issue with party chat. Me and a friend will be in it playing a game for awhile then it disconnects him. He still shows in party but cant hear him he cant hear me. We've tried rebooting systems routers and still keeps happening. Can anyone help?

NAT type to ensure it's Open? Also, can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?

i can hear them on the tv also when i unplug the mic

Even in game chat doesn't work (Destiny) as I cant even switch between fireteam/in game chat, although my friend can switch to fireteam chat and I can hear them that way

Tried both headset and even resetting kinect, tried unplugging conolse, hard reset, nothing seems to work
