Party chat failure

    every time I go to unsnap the party on my Xbox one the party goes away it fails I checked my NAT I also checked my internet it's all fine

    Glitch in party chat where it won't let me talk

    Hey,

    When I was talking to my friends on Xbox party chat randomly it wouldn't let me talk for some reason. Here are some things I did to try to fix this but did not work.

    - I tried hard resetting the Xbox: Failure

    - I tried using a different mic: Failure

    - I tried using a different controller: Failure

    - I changed my controller batteries: Failure

    - I went to the audio setting and tried to unmute myself, plus I checked if I was muted from my icon in the party chat: Failure

    - I waited 3 days to see if something will fix itself: Failure

    Someone, please help. From the results it is not my mic or controllers fault, it is something wrong with the Xbox party chat itself.

    Party Chat system a complete failure

    I have had major problems with my xbox one for a few weeks now. This started as having immense difficulty getting into parties and developed into being unable to hear or be heard when i did get in. I am still able to do game chat and use my headset but
    not actually use the party system. If i connect to a party then close the snap it exits the party and asks me to start a new one when I reopen the party tab. This is wither a patching/hardware issue. Anyone have any ideas?

    Power cycling the console should fix the problem. Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    Party chat issues- router help

    I'm going to keep posting here so hopefully someone from microsoft will see what I tried and how their NAT wizard tool does not fix the party chat issues. By the looks of it they have a lot of issues to work out from hardware failures to software patches.
    We are probably in for a long wait.
