    Party Chat Disconnecting please help


    Good evening fellow gamers,

    I've been having trouble with my party chat, it will stay on for a minute then disconnect. I've restarted my wifi and my Xbox along with updated it. I've checked my LAN connection to make sure it was open, did multiple tests on everything and it says everything is working. I don't know what else to do, help is greatly appreciated.

    Getting Disconnected from Party & Private Chats.

    So the getting disconnected from live part seems to be resolved thanks to some help here.

    But I'm still getting dropped from private chats and party chats.

    Do you mean your party chat session with someone disconnected or that you can't connect to party chat at all?

    If you can't connect to party chat at all please first make sure you have gold membership here:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

    Gold is required for party chat.

    Also check here to see if you have an enforcement action that has suspended/banned you from using party chat:
