Party Chat crashes.

I've been using my xb1 and party chat for a year with no problems.

But over the past week, party chat won't open. Whether I try starting a party, or joining one, it only opens for about 3 seconds. I can see the other party members. Then it crashes.

My NAT is listed as open and my download speed/latency etc. are all fine when I do a network diagnostic. Xbox live works perfectly fine.

I changed nothing with my network last week, so this problem started for no apparent reason.

I've tried hard resetting my xb1 and modem. Didn't change anything.

Any advice on how to fix my party chat?

Having a similar issue where I can join the party, it won't crash, but no one can hear each other. Worked fine earlier today.

Just make sure you play using the ingame chat or be prepared to be seriously annoyed, it crashes ALOT when your in party chat, though i seem to remember it crashed for me and Lew using ingame chat, and also crashed for Lew in singleplayer alot

Hello Matt,

There was a Service Alert here:
http://xbox.com/status

It was a known issue that there was a problem with Live earlier; now that it is resolved you should be able to connect again and normal service should be resumed.

Let us know if you're still having issues or if the problems have cleared up.
