Party Chat becomes Unusable while playing games

Recently I have been having issues with my party chat app while playing games online. Whenever I am in a party while playing a game mid match such as Rainbow Six Siege, the party audio to cut out for me I am unable to understand any of my friends and they
cannot understand me. The game audio works perfectly fine, I'm not sure about game chat audio since I never use it. So far the only fix I've found for this issue is by turning my Xbox off entirely by unplugging it the plugging it back in., after doing that
party chat works perfectly fine. I'd prefer to not have to unplug my xbox almost every day to be able to play with my friends. I am not sure if something is wrong with my xbox or it is my headset causing the issue. Any help?

Currently using: Turtle Beach X31 headset w/3.55mm stereo headset adapter

[/quote]People use party chat while playing games, Mics in party chat won't register in the game. Kinect will while you are in party chat.

Let's see if we can get to the bottom of the party chat issue.\

Can you send us a photo of your detailed network stats from the console and tell us what your NAT type is showing currently?

Do you see any Teredo errors in the network settings screen?

Also, is the console wired or wireless?

Finally, let's have you run through all the steps on the
Party audio troubleshooter.

Post back with that info and let us know how those steps go!
