Party chat banned for no reason. Please help

Hello, I was lagging while I was playing with my friends and went to switch my wifi. Once I switched my Xbox took a long time to sign me in and then when I got signed in I went to re join the party I was in. When I clicked that it said “Party Chat is blocked.
Check out online safety settings by going to Xbox.com. Or,check you enforcement history by visiting enforcement.xbox.com.[0x87DD0013].” I went and check my enforcement history and the last time I got punishment enforced was in August 2017 and I was not allowed
to send messages. I got party chat banned for no reason. I haven’t been on Xbox for too long. I just started playing again because My friends and I downloaded the same game. I haven’t sent any wrong messages or spoken badly to any random strangers in party’s.
All I have done is played with my friends and talked to them in the party. I was just playing last night and once I switched my internet and hard reset it gave me this error. Please help. Thanks.

Hey microsoft! can you help me with this, My ban would end at 4:23 today at midnight/morning (however you use it) but i cant access the party chat nor text chat with people! can you help me? if iam 100 day banned for a reason tell me...If not can you please
undo it?
