    can you please explain to me how this is fair I haven’t been starting fights or talking smack talk I a person on Xbox live but when I do it’s to reply to a kid talking smack to me, I just wanna know how this is fair cause I still see Him talking smack and
    he isn’t banned like what the hell so unban me right now

    after the 24 hrs, 6 hrs after ban lifted, still cannot communicate via party chat.

    After an hour and a half on the phone, I have come to terms with microsoft being unresponsive to any and all attempts at resolution to this issue, and is acting like a faceless monstrosity. Thank you for showing me, after more than 20 years of brand loyalty,
    that you believe that the customer is nobody, and that I will no longer be supporting Microsoft as a company.

    n people report me cause I reply to their message or I kick them out of my party chat n they can talk smack n not get it but I don’t reamly do it n they do it a lot and I don’t see how this is fair

    Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow these forums, You will need to look at the code of conduct on the enforcement site to understand what the enforcement team bases it's ruling on. https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US
