    I'm having the same issues. No party chat, friends, or activity feed access. I receive this code when ever I access these apps. Very frustrated . What is the fix?

    Big surprise... xbox is just choosing to ignore this problem it seems. How many threads have I seen that are unresolved. 99% don't have a solution, and only 1 actually had a person from xbox reply, but it didn't help and they didn't comment any further.
