    Parts of my rewards have not been given yet.


    Okee, now it´s my turn to make another post here about my Rewards pts that has not been received. Well, parts of it, anyways.

    I completed all 3 parts of the November #YOLO Rewards, just in time before ending of that month. I have received my Level 1 & Level 2 #YOLO Rewards points. I have also been given the rewards (#1, #2) amount in cash so I can use it.

    As far as I know, and at least as far as I do and can understand I have also managed to complete the #3 within allotted time of that month. But I have not been given the #3 #YOLO Rewards yet. Why? I do not understand. I counted 16 Achievements, so that should
    be plenty.

    Need you to look into this for me please. And also asking since we are going into the 16th of this month. Been more then 2 weeks.

    Missing 50,000 points from Xbox One S Purchase, past the 14 day limit

    I purchased it as part of the rewards program to get the 50,000 points, my order date was 12/15 and ship date was 12/17, and no points have been given to me yet. Where are my points??

    Xbox Monthly Quests

    I have completed all the quests for February for the xbox live monthly quests and i haven't gotten my $10 guaranteed reward yet. I am wondering where this reward appears in case I have already been given the reward but have not noticed it?

    Hi Adventure Ken. We are currently working on an Achievements tracking issue. We'll be able to adjust the Rewards Credits for completing part 3 and also the bonus for completing 1-3. Credits will show as pending by the end of the week. Thanks for your patience.

    Hello The Gnome Depot,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. We only schedule deposits automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your Credit event that pushed you over this amount occurred on the 19th, you should therefore expect your deposit in the mid-month deposit this month.
