Check your Privacy settings, specifically Partner Marketing. Enabled this and the application became visible on the console. Hope this was helpful for you as well!

If you are using the same xbox set your home to that xbox this will enable your partner to use the game if you are using to seperate xbox's set your home to your partners xbox this will share the game title. Here is a guide to set xbox home.

It was fairly easy to remove the payment option. All I did was delete my credit card from the account and all was good. I will go solely pre-paid from now on. I also enable the option that if my account ever gets opened on another console I have to put in
the password. And I have it enabled that when I login I have to use a controller password. It's not gonna happen to me again. And I've also lost trust in Microsofts partners like EA. And it may not be warranted but I refuse to believe this is my fault.
