Parties on xbox website

Not on the Website. You can chat on a PC via the Xbox Game Bar. Or you can chat on android and iOS devices using the Xbox App.

To my knowledge there are no party icons on the xbox website. For party icons or party chat you will need to get the xbox app for your mobile device to use party chat, or on your computer you can hold windows+g and it will open up an xbox UI where you can
also use party chat.

if this does not help you can you please elaborate on “party icon”?

when I googled for it, I found something (website) with that name, but that isn't affiliated with Microsoft or Xbox so it's a third party thing.

So if it's indeed that third party thing, it's best to contact them.
