    Hello,

    I have had this Xbox controller for 3 years now and have never had any issues. However, I recently switched from Windows 11 to Windows 10, and since then, my PC only detects the joysticks and the LT/RT buttons on my controller. Everything else is unresponsive, which I find really strange. I have already updated the controller through the Xbox Accessories app, but it hasn't helped. On the website https://hardwaretester.com/gamepad, it is recognized as an Xbox 360 controller, which I'm not sure is normal. My Windows 10 is, of course, up to date.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

    Based on your description, I understand that your Xbox grip is not working properly on Windows 10 and is recognized as an Xbox 360 grip.

    This is an incompatibility caused by installing the wrong driver.

    I suggest you search the taskbar search box and open Device Manager, uninstall all drivers for your Xbox controller, then restart your computer, re-download and install the drivers for your controller model via the Xbox Accessories app, and then connect again to see if it still shows the wrong controller model.

    I've tried a new VM, I could only download a Windows 11 ARM VHDX.

    So I tried to downgrade it to Windows 10 just after installation but it failed.

    So I will wait a patch of the Xbox app for Windows 11 ARM.

    You can reinstall windows 10/11 or update/downgrade to 11/10
