Paring 3rd Controller causes one of the other 2 to disconnect

Hello DrewPera, this is really strange, try to verify that all controls are up to date and then try to do the procedures below to see if the pairing returns to normal.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Are you using a wired connection or WiFi to connect to your router?

If using WiFi and 3rd party headset Disconnect the headsets or look for other

Wireless interference that may be causing these dropouts from XBox Live when you are updating.

A wired connection causing dropouts may be a Faulty cable or port on your router.

I do not recommend warranty work as i just waited 2 weeks to get a replacement controller instead if the issue’s fixed then what do you know day 2 my controller disconnect every 15min on cod MW this is my 3rd controller with same issue the only issue I’ve
had with any is the disconnecting issue! And dont no why everyone us kept in the dark to what the problem is???

So this happens on any controller paired to the Xbox, or just the one controller?

Ive tried 3 different controllers, none of them worked and 2 of those worked on my old xbox and the 3rd one i just bought the other day
