Parential control limit multiplayer gameplay Forza Horizon 3 but never set up a parent?

Is it possible then to associate this account as a parent account?

because I'm having trouble with Forza Horizon 3

When I try to download a look of a car in the game the following error is displayed:

Privilege blocked

"This feature is blocked by the parental control settings of xbox live"

Also, is Forza Horizon more fun as a single player or multiplayer? How is the online community/gameplay?

For us to better assist you, can you provide us a short summary of your concern regarding with parental control in Forza Horizon 3?

I would like to change my parental control settings because I am unable to access 'Find New Tunes' on Forza Horizon 4. My restricted content is 'Unrestricted' but I cannot access all the features on Forza.

you wont be able to change the parental controls on your account. only the person who has the parent account can make those changes to the settings

If everything is done, we still need to refer you to Forza Support. Since we do not have access with some data from forza server they are still the best person to ask about this issue.
