Parental passcode doesnt show up on microsoft.com/devices Xbox 360

Hello, to reset your xbox 360 parental passcode first sign in to your Microsoft account at devices, then locate your registered Xbox 360 device, then select more actions, then select reset passcode, and finally follow the instructions on screen to reset

According to Xbox support:

"If you have forgotten your passcode for your Xbox 360, you can reset it by answering the passcode question you created when you set up parental controls."

If you have also forgotten the passcode questions you can follow the steps below:

"1. Sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Devices tab. - https://account.microsoft.com/devices.

2. Locate your registered Xbox 360 console and select Show Details.

3. Select Manage, select Reset passcode and then follow the instructions to reset your pass code."

Are you referring to a parental passcode on the Xbox 360? Is this a used Xbox that you got from somebody else? It's common that a used Xbox 360 will still have the parental passcode on since it's easy to sell an old Xbox 360 without resetting the passcode.

You can reset the parental passcode online from the
devices section of your Microsoft Account. You first need to register the console then select
More actions, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your pass code. Follow this article for help:

If you are talking about parental passcode reset, you need to go here
https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ select the Xbox 360, then wait till the page loads, and under the console picture, select manage, and then reset passcode.
