    Hi there I have parental controls set up on my child's xbox account these work as planned the issue I am having is my son will then remained signed out but still be able to watch netflix pass the scheduled time is there a way to stop this happening or any plans to improve this in the future.

    With the Netflix update, parental control blocks the Netflix app. Before, parental control blocked individual movies on Netflix which is how it should work.

    Yep, this is an issue for me too. My son just bought a 360. I setup what I wanted for the family controls and it requires my parental code anytime he wants to watch netflix.

    It also seems strange that the NFL app has tons of video and yet it does not require parental authorization. There really needs to be a "whitelist" approach for parentally selected apps.

    You do know that netflix has its own parental settings right? They cannot use the other profiles without the pass code (set in netflix,) hopefully you.didnr give your son the master code

    Every app has their own parental settings it is upto you to set it up

    Xbox isn't responsible for content in the third party apps it's is in you to restrict them within the policies set jn the app itself.

    And yes there is parental settings in netflix if you need help ask netflix
