    Parental control

    Hola, me temo que para esto tendrás que restaurar la consola con los valores que trae de fabrica, o ponerte en contacto con la persona que te vendió la consola para que te de acceso a la cuenta, en caso que decidas restaurar la consola a los valores de fabrica
    aqui están los pasos:

    1. Pulsa el botón Xbox para abrir la guía.
    2. Selecciona Configuración.
    3. Selecciona Toda la configuración.
    4. Selecciona Sistema.
    5. Selecciona Información de la consola y actualizaciones.
    6. Selecciona Restablecer consola.

    Thanks for reaching out to us! Since the Used Xbox has a parental code, the account needs to meet the following criteria to be able to

    reset the pass code online    :

    • Your Microsoft account must be an adult account.
    • The console must be registered in your name.
    Steps to take:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account at
      Devices      .
    2. Locate your registered Xbox 360 console.
    3. Select More actions, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your pass code.
