    Parental control issues


    My parents have never set parental controls on my account, Now I cannot access multiple things on Forza Horizon 4 due to these restrictions and I cant find a way to remove the parental control restrictions. What do I have to do?

    @BAD, how does Parental controls come into this? Parental controls would not cause storage space issues.

    Issues with parental controls

    I think the parental control takes effect over all the accounts on the xbox. without the password for the parental controls you can't get access to mature content.

    If you're getting an error like "due to your privacy settings..." you could have a privacy settings issue that might have to be fixed by the adult account in your family group OR you have a suspension on your account. Check for that here:

    Please have the parent account over your account make sure the following settings on
    https://account.xbox.com/Settings


    (If your Microsoft account is an adult account but your xbox account is a child/teen account you can see that page but no changes will save if you change them on the child/teen account - changing your age will not change this age on your xbox account: that's
    permanently connected with the first date of birth entered on the account.)

    1. Allow the option on the first page called "Share stuff people make (Xbox 360: Member Content)" to everyone (must be everyone).

    2. Also, on the first page, "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites" to Friends or Everybody.

    3. And on the xbox one/windows 10 tab the second option down, "Join multiplayer games", enable that.

    4. And then log out and in on the account in question on the console/device and that account can play online.

    Problem is I dont have an adult account and dont have a family group
    You will then need an adult to create an account, add you to the family group and then change those settings for you, to enable you to play:
