Parental control issues- still seem to be able to download 18 games

Hi there

I posted previously about the problem I had trying to sort a game pass out for my 12 year old son which I managed to sort and have now got him a pass.

The problem I have now that even though I have set things up with parental controls that should mean he can't see games that are 16 or 18 rating- they are on the game pass library and it looks like they can be downloaded too. I've not downloaded one fully to check to see whether it will install but would in my opinion seem strange that it would allow a download but not then install it.

Anyone any ideas as to what I may have missed?

If it was me, I'd try downloading and installing one of the games he shouldn't be able to play and then try playing it to check. Not all systems are infallible...it would also confirm that you have all the parental checks correct. That's what I'd do anyway...then again, I'm not a parent

pretty sure you have to be 18 to be able to download any M rated game but the parental controls should allow it if you are under 18 the only time you could not download M content no matter what is demos and videos but it MAY apply to the free games but do
not quote me on that one sorry.

Considering its a 18+ game, you cant parental control on it. Its for a mature audience. Im pretty sure if you use Parental control on it you wont be able to play the game at all.
