Parental Control Issue

Hello i have some issue with the parental control on my account i create this account when i set up my pc and after i bought forza horizon 3 so i create an Xbox account my account windows was an remains ADMIN but for some reson i cant desactivate the parental
control and it says taht a parent account need to desactivate it fot me but the only account i use is mine and its admin i dont understand i cant fix it i search for hour when i try to go to confidentiality part on Xbox site and check my account to see well

please Help me its blocking me from a lotttttttt of fonction in game like paint by the comunity or play with the community in forza horizon 4

@BAD, how does Parental controls come into this? Parental controls would not cause storage space issues.

I think the parental control takes effect over all the accounts on the xbox. without the password for the parental controls you can't get access to mature content.

You have to contact an agent from the helpdesk ( ask a callback or chat or call > Contact Us | Xbox Support ). He will check more deeply your settings...

Hi it sounds like it is recognizing your account as a child account. If you have checked that troubleshooter already and have confirmed that account is adult you will need to contact Customer
Support directly. You can phone them, request a call back or live web chat. Hope you get it sorted.

 

Hi thanks i am actually 17year old and i turn on my 18 in less than 1 month is that a problem ? i mean yeah im not major but a parental control AUTOMATICLY put on minor account please it block a lot of function and i am the only master of this account
administrator nobody tell me what to do if i make a request even if i am minor they will diseable it ?

Hello my friend. Sorry about the issue. You cannot separate the parent account from the child account it will orphan the account and it will lock it up and live will not work. All modification has to be done by the patrent account. When you become 18 and
your account says your 18. You can remove yourself from the family and that should graduate your profile to adult status. Until then you need your parent account.
