Parental control activated, without having activated it, how to make HELP

as a parent of 5 myself I take responsibility of any accounts, i make sure the parental controls are in place and that spending is set to ask a parent.

the controls are there but you did not put them in place, Microsoft can only do so much, it is your responsibility to make sure the controls are on and active, the help section details how to do this.

you left an active payment option available to a child, autistic or not, what do you think would happen.

i cant download 16+ games bc of parental control but nobody enabled it my parents dont know how to activate it and we dont have a microsoft family thing
