Parental consent for XBox Account for kid is not working

I can't create an xbox-account for my daughter so she can play Minecraft.

She already has a microsoft-account, and is member of my online family.

On PC, when I go to xbox.com and log in with her account, it asks me for parental consent.
So I provide my credentials, only to arrive at a dead link: "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available."

Any other way to achieve this? Seems like a bug at microsofts side.

    :)

I found it myself it seems, just after posting this :)

For anyone having the same issue, I downloaded the Xbox Family app for my mobile device and was able to add a Xbox-account there.

Parental Consent Why you're being asked for parental consent

If the date of birth on your Microsoft account shows that you're under a certain age, Xbox is required to request parental consent for you to use Xbox Live.

If you're an adult, but you got a message asking for parental consent, it's because you're a child in your Microsoft family.

    Solution

If you're of an age that requires parental consent, follow the steps on your Xbox to have your parent sign in and add you to their Microsoft family.

If you're over the age requiring parental consent, have your parent remove you from the family. They'll have to sign in to
account.microsoft.com/family, select your profile, and select
    Remove.

If you're unable to clear the message, contact Xbox Support.
