Parental account is blocked can't, buy anything!

Hello, So basically I just bought xbox one and I wanted to buy some fofa points bit my dad got parental control and he had to sign in from his hotmail account but he forgot the password and finally when he got it right it said that sign in is blocked
because someone has tried invalid padswords too many timesso we tried to recovee it but thanks to my dad the recovery email was same as the account my self I also filled the form but they said its not enough so I waited for more than a day andits still blocked
so I'm just panicking right now because I don't know what to do.. also when am 18 will this parental control be removed b automatically or will I still need the parental account

Forza Horizon 4

I can't play Forza Horizon 4 online. I get the message that it is blocked in parental control but we can't find anything blocked. What should I do?

son needs parental consent but my email is blocked help!!

My son can't use his xbox live until he gets parental consent (after playing for a year), but when I try to sign onto my MS account it says my account is blocked. I was on the phone for 2 hours yesterday and they sent me a account recovery, but all it did
was change my password I am still blocked!!!! I need to change my parental email so I can give him permission to play!!! How can I do that!! Its a shame you can't even talk to a live person!

This still is an item your dad has to fix. He is the one who needs to get back access to his account by recovering his password. if he is not able to do this via the webinterface, he may need to call the phone support on this. After accessing his account
he will be able to grant you access to digital purchases.

He also needs to get back access to this áccount to release you from parental control when your are old enough.

I'm sort of having this problem as well. An old parent account I made during the creation of my account has me added to their family and I have no way of accessing this account because I believe that it has been deleted due to the 365 days thing. Currently
have 40 quid in my account and can't buy anything because I can't change any of my settings because I can't access that parent account.

Same here. I have parental controls set but can't block purchases since we have a single Gold account. (mine / parent). Apparently we need to purchase the $99 Family Pack or additional individual Gold accounts @ $60 each for the children -- then we can
set parental controls on the children's accounts, which includes blocking purchases. Somewhere in the fine print, Microsoft tells us that we can't "share" our account. Other games have either chastised me for sharing the account, or strongly encouraged me
to get the Family Pack. I'm not made of money, so for now I've just blocked my account's access to Xbox Live...

No. An underage account is allowed to PLAY said games if the parental settings allow it, but they can't buy it themselves.

Just like in a store, parents can buy M rated games and let their kids play them, but the kids can't buy it themselves.

Does it mention anything about privacy settings when trying to join a party? If so, is your son's Xbox Live account a child of a parent account? It is possible that the parent account is blocking audio communication for your son's account. You can change
what is allowed in your account's family settings.
