    I created my xbox account with my email, wich btw is date of birth 1998 but when I try to purchase something it the parental kontroll comes up and it says I cant buy it and should ask a parent, idk what to
    do here and any help would be nice. ty.

    Kontrol freeks are basically analog stick extenders. They add extra precision and controlled mobility. Check out the website. Kontrol Freeks.com

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the current issue with not being able to complete a purchase.
    For now try to sign into another Microsoft account, then add the first account as an "Adult" family member. From there, change the
    settings. Also, please try another device to see if it is possible to change the
    Online Safety and Privacy Settings like
    a phone, tablet, etc.
