    Parent account issue


    I am trying to remove any and all restrictions the parent account has established. However, no one has access to the parent account anymore, including the parent itself. I have tried playing around with the settings from the child account, including resetting
    the console. No luck.

    Parent account issue

    My account is locked from xbox live right now because the password doesnt work. this happened ever since the terms of use update. IT RUINED ME!!!! The parent account is deactivated and i dont remember any info about the account except its email address.So,
    i want a different parent account to replace that parent account. How do you make a new parent account for my xbox account to replace the other parent account?

    Unable to add son to xbox one

    As above,

    Select child
    Sign in as parent
    get to the 50c card authorisation, add card details
    Then get card already exists on account - go through screens - again!!

    Then after about 10 minutes updating account it fails with code 45468.7036976521340.5055251569016685

    Go to xbox errorhelp - can't find it Parent account issue :(

    Can anybody help please we are pulling our hair out on this

    Just to say the card is on account from xbox and also Microsoft accounts linked to the parents account!

    Parent account issue

    If the child account is tied to the Parent Account, then you'll have to try and recover the parent account by trying either the password reset process or account recovery

    My parents would gladly have their password reset. if it were possible.

    I have already contacted support, and the best they could do was refer me to the form Vibroplex linked above, which didn't have enough information to be approved. (We really didn't have anything because the email it 5 years old, however we did have C Card
    info, but that obviously wasn't enough.)

    I don't have access to the Parental Account so I can't get rid of it. I can't even go into My Account at xbox.com because I need to agree to the terms and conditions, which I can't because I don't have access to the Parent Account. I have an ongoing XBox
    live Gold Membership tied to this account which I would like stopped and I can't actually do that.

    When I try to access My Account at xbox.com it says I've found a glitch and brings up an error page.

    http://xbox.com/forgot to get help with the Parent account. That should get you all in. :)
