You will be directed to "services and subscriptions". This article will walk you through the steps on how to refund an Xbox subscription. If by chance you're still having difficulties requesting a refund on the charge, you may connect with Xbox Support so they can dig a bit deeper in the situation. I'll leave both links below.

This will direct you on how to manage a subscription, check orders, and even review refunds and exchanges. Please keep in mind that you will have to login with the Microsoft account that’s associated with the charges.

I can't see the 8 Turkish liras deducted from me in the order history so there isn't any refund button . Xbox game pass is costs 30 turkish liras in Turkey but Microsoft deducted 38 Turkish liras from me and i cant refund it ! (You can reply it English)
