al encender mi Xbox one no reconoce que este conectado ya que no da imagen pero después de 45 minutos la pantalla se pone verde con en logo de Xbox one ya intente el reinicio de actulizacion de fabrica y otros pero no me aparece nada en la pantalla no me
da opciones

Sorry to hear about the issue. You'll want to look into performing an
offline system update on your console. I know this is not an ideal situation however if it is not booting past the green screen, there are no other options. If that doesn't work and your console still doesn't work, unfortunately your console will likely
be in need of repairs. You can initiate that process via the
Online Service Center.

Al momento de intentar iniciar sesion en Minecraft para Android se queda trabado en la pantalla verde, ya instale la aplicación de xbox y sigue igual ¿Como seso soluciona ?
