Pandemic Rewards not completing

I bought several zombie games including the Dead Rising Triple Bundle Pack earlier this month along with avatar items. Parts 1 & 2 of the offer have completed. However, I've gotten at least 5 achievements in Dead Rising (the first game in the triple bundle)
last Wednesday and haven't gotten credit for it yet. Its the last day of the month and I need to make sure I get credit for completing parts 3 and 4.

Never received Sharpshooter mission reward

As outlined in the FAQ, FREEdom is not a featured monthly offer:

Featured Monthly Missions

This includes our featured monthly offer on the site (past examples include Xbox University and XOXO Rewards; these offers usually feature separate Rewards Credits amounts for buying select content, avatar items, and completing achievements, plus an extra bonus
for completing all of the steps).

For example, offers like Dr. Rewards in January or last month's Pandemic Rewards are monthly offers. Since you have not had 6 completions of these featured missions, you have not completed this MyChallenge.

 

Pandemic rewards not updating my progress

Hello,

I've been completing the Pandemic Rewards tasks, buying games of the list and an avatar item and I see no progress in "MyMissions", there's only eleven days left and I want to know when does my purchases will apply to the promo. Thanks in advance.

 

I got credit for the achievements (part 3) tonight. Hopefully part 4 will trigger soon.
