    Pandemic Rewards - Level 1 and 2 Progress Not Tracking


    I have purchased the following items since 1 April 2018 and they are not tracking towards this challenge.

    Level 1

    The Walking Dead Complete First Season Game - $24.99

    The Walking Dead: Michonne A Telltale Miniseries - $14.99

    The Walking Dead: A New Frontier - Episode 1 - $4.99

    The Walking Dead: A New Frontier - Season Pass (Episodes 2-5) - $10.00

    State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition - $7.50

    Level 2

    Armored Zombie Butcher Avatar Outfit - $2.99

    I needed to purchase $40 for level 1 and $2 for level 2. My above purchases should have unlocked both levels, but I haven't seen any progress track nor has either level unlocked. Please help resolve this issue.

    From the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Those Credits are now pending in your account. You do not need to wait until level 1 is unlocked to start on playing those games for progress on level 3. However, please note that we are currently experiencing an issue tracking achievements for The Walking
    Dead. If you experience that offer not unlocking for achievements in that title, please let us know with a new post and we will investigate.

    Pandemic Rewards - Level 1 and 2 Progress Not Tracking

    My progress is not tracking on either level of the Pandemic Rewards challenge. I have made the following purchases towards this challenge.

    4/2/18 State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition $7.50

    4/15/18 11:21am The Walking Dead: A New Frontier - Season Pass $10.00

    4/15/18 11:39am The Walking Dead: A New Frontier - Episode 1 $4.99

    4/15/18 11:45am The Walking Dead: Michonne - A Telltale Miniseries $14.99

    4/15/18 11:46am The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season $24.99

    4/18/18 Outlast: Bundle of Terror $6.25

    4/18/18 Outlast 2 $9.90

    These purchases total $78.62. This is far in excess of the $40 required for Level 1. I understand that it takes up to 96 hours for rewards to be processed. By that standard, I should have still exceeded the amount needed for this level as shown by the purchase
    times above. Can someone please look into this matter for me?

    For Level 2, I made the following purchase.

    4/15/18 12:00pm Armored Zombie Butcher $2.99

    This purchase exceeds the $2 threshold for this level and was made more than 96 hours ago, but I still have not received credit for this level. Could someone look into this issue for me?

    Finally, if i play any of the above games and complete achievements before Level 1 is unlocked will those achievements count towards Level 3? Or do I need to wait until Level 1 is unlocked before playing them? Please help me with this.

    We only see a purchase of State of Decay. Note that as stated in the FAQ, it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    So if you only recently made your purchase, we have not even received that data yet.
