Pandemic Rewards Fend off The Horde and Emerge Alive not received credits

Hi.

I have got 5 achievements in Resident Evil 7 bought during this mission, but the 5th achievement I have in that game does not appear to have registered on the rewards mission page, so I'm 9000 rewards credits missing as this should also unlock the Emerge
Alive bonus.

Please can you resolve this.

They take a long time to give me rewards credits

It's been over 96 hours and I still have not received my reward rewards pandemic credits, what happens?

 

Have not received credit.

In the "Pandemic Rewards Mission" I have not received any credit for the Level 3 "Fend Off the Horde." I purchased the "Dead Rising Triple Bundle Pack" and received credit for it. I have more than an enough achievements to qualify, but none are showing up
on the progress meter. I also bought the ash costume for Level 2 "Stop by an Outpost." Although that one may be because not a full 96 hours has passed. Since today is the last day for this month, I wanted to try and have this looked at before everything is
taken down. I have screen shots of the FAQs section that lists all the qualifying items.

 

I'm guessing that in order for you to get credit for Level 3 (Fend off the Horde ), you need to complete Level 1, which is to spend at least $40.00 on games/videos with a pandemic-theme.

• Level 1: Quarantine Yourself (UNLOCKS LEVEL 3) - Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $40 before tax in the Microsoft Store on eligible pandemic-themed games like Plague Inc. Evolved, Tom Clancy's The Division, and Resident Evil 7 Biohazard;
  and pandemic-themed movies and TV shows* like Contagion, 28 Days Later, I Am Legend, Outbreak, The Walking Dead, and True Blood.

Once you've purchased $40.00 and completed Level 1, you can then get the rewards for Level 3.

I spent more than the requirement and got the reward points for levels 1 and 2 no problem, just the achievement part showing only 4 achievements despite having 6 achievements completed in April from the games I purchased, which would complete the mission
and reward the bonus points.
