Pandemic Rewards - Achievements not Tracking

For the pandemic rewards challenge I bought Resident Evil 7 and The Walking Dead: A New Frontier. The purchases tracked just fine, but the achievement part of the challenge is not updating even though I played through The Walking Dead over the course of
a week, earning all 30 achievements in the game.

I've bought the game ( Resdient Evil 7 Gold Edition and the Walking Dead the New Frontier) and avatar requirements and received credit for those. I completed all achievements in The Walking Dead A New Frontier and have not received credit for the achievements
amd its been over a week since doing so.
