Pandemic Level 3 & 4 reward delay

Hello, I'm missing credits for Level 3 & 4 of the mission. I had made sure to complete 5 of the achievements (completed about 16 actually) but was never awarded credits for them. The mission page doesn't acknowledge I completed it either.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Pandemic Rewards - Level 3 & 4 Complete on Tracker, No Rewards Pending

The Pandemic Rewards tracker shows that I have completed enough achievements for Level 3 and, having already completed Levels 1 & 2, Level 4. However, I do not have any pending rewards for having completed Levels 3 and 4. Is this because I completed the
achievements in The Walking Dead Season One? I was told that y'all are having issues with properly awarding rewards for achievements earned in The Walking Dead. Please advise me on this issue.

Pandemic Rewards Fend off The Horde and Emerge Alive not received credits

I'm guessing that in order for you to get credit for Level 3 (Fend off the Horde ), you need to complete Level 1, which is to spend at least $40.00 on games/videos with a pandemic-theme.

• Level 1: Quarantine Yourself (UNLOCKS LEVEL 3) - Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $40 before tax in the Microsoft Store on eligible pandemic-themed games like Plague Inc. Evolved, Tom Clancy's The Division, and Resident Evil 7 Biohazard;
  and pandemic-themed movies and TV shows* like Contagion, 28 Days Later, I Am Legend, Outbreak, The Walking Dead, and True Blood.

Once you've purchased $40.00 and completed Level 1, you can then get the rewards for Level 3.
