    Painfully slow doanload speed on the PC xbox app


    Iv tried everything from reinstalling the app to the netsh and ipconfig resets and every other tip to increase the download speed but nothing works, is there anything else i can do and why is this still a problem years down the road for this app.

    My internet is 800/40 and steam can download at 80mbs but xbox is sitting at 3-6mbs

    Plus i cant download anything on the microsoft store it just doesnt work most of the time

    It's free, seems like they released it a day early. I'm downloading it on my xbox right now. Although, the download speed is painfully slow.

    I have the same issue and it seems many others have too. Same as you 1gb speeds, steam, epic, my ps5 and switch all utilise the full bandwidth. Xbox pc app and Xbox console it’s painfully slow. Been like this for ages, it’s doing my head in to the point I game on my PlayStation and play steam games. Cmon MS your a god dam massive company! Sort this out !

    I don't understand how some of you are getting slow speeds from your Xbox One console. Mine runs everything quick enough for me. Games load up quick and I can quickly jump between a game and Internet Explorer extremely quickly - faster than I can do so
    on my mid-range gaming PC.

    Friends could due with some tweaking with regards to speed, but it's not painfully slow. The Marketplace on the Xbox One is also quick, it's just the look that they need to change.

    Thank you, now for the painfully slow download process, I know I and the rest of the world are dowloading it. Makes me wonder why I pay for 125mb dowload speeds, lol
