Paid to Change GamerTag and it didn’t change

If your Gamertag has still not updated to the one you paid for, please contact Xbox Support so they can assist you. They'll be able to confirm the charge for the Gamertag change and confirm whether or not it actually changed.

This account which i used to change the Gamertag. It had the tag of “SvmmyTvlhvMCYT” it didn’t have the numbers. I created a new account it didn’t had any numbers. I used another account to change an Gamertag (after the first account) it didn’t show any numbers.

I searched up your gamertag on Xbox and found what happened. What happened was an effect of the new gamertag changes that Xbox implemented some time ago. Meaning that you'll have one gamertag that'll appear on Xbox and some of the apps (I.E. Eminent Rio),
while you'll have your other gamertag (Lil Bran uwu) appear in games that do not support the new gamertag changes. More information about it can be found here.

Now if you're looking to change it, due to it seeming like you've used up your free change, changing your gamertag again is $9.99 USD (Unless something has changed). When you're given the prompt to change it too, you should see something similar to this.
Meaning the first one is what'll appear on certain apps and such while the second will appear in games not supporting the new change. This can also be changed to whatever you like as long as it follows guidelines and is currently not in use.

Sorry to hear that, in some cases can take up to 72 hours to be reflected your gamertag change everywhere.

If even after this time you're not able to see this change the best option is request a refund for it and as soon as you receive the money, give it a new try:

Just to let you know, in case your refund gets denied, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.
