Paid the game but store did not gave me

Hey Guys!

I just paid for Batman Arkham Knight. But xbox store doesn't allow me to download it. A window opened telling me "There was an error" and "Give it another try etc." But your system took my money, and still showing me the price instead of the install button.

I checked my purchases on account.microsoft.com and that is telling me that i bought the game.

So my questions are: What's going on? How can microsoft and xbox telling me two different things on a game purchase? And how can it be fixed?

I have a legit copy of Black Ops 2 can I play the campaign and zombies without getting trouble?

If you've legally paid for the game it's fine, the store that gave you the copy early has broke the rules not you.

 

Error Code

I tried to find a game I re downloaded and it did not show up. I tried opening it from the game store but it gave me an error code instead. PLZ help.
