    Hi Microsoft,

    We paid Minecraft Realm Plus, and this is the 2nd time but the realm doesn’t work.

    Please see attached screenshot.

    Kindly reimburse realm plus and activate the realm for 2 players.

    First, we need to check the transaction on your end. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and let me know the status of your order. It should be active.

    Also, you can check the transaction history on your end by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, please check for multiple transactions.

    Why isn't my minecraft realms saying it is expired when it charged my card three days prior?

    Hey, it still isn't working. It doesn't say I have any subscriptions and I have nothing to update. I have paid for the renewal but the realm will not renew itself.
