    Hello, I'm Mike and I bought State of Decay 2 Ultimate Edition with the Xbox Gamepass.

    I did make the payment of 40 euros. Never got my game.

    Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaase help me.

    Didn't get my MS points

    I paid for 1600 points and never got anything. My American express account says they were paid for. I never received an email or anything for the code.

    Hi Mike,

    Are you talking about a digital or physical purchase?

    If digital: It can be worth double checking your
    billing history     to see that payment did indeed leave your account. If it did, check the Ready to Install section in My Games & Apps; if State of Decay 2 is there, simply choose it to start the download.

    If this was a physical purchase, you would need to wait for delivery or contact your retailer, as appropriate.
