Paid for Zen on Neverwinter..... haven't recieved it

Discus and support Paid for Zen on Neverwinter..... haven't recieved it in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Bought Zen from the in game store, xbox took my money, still havent recieved the Zen in game...?     Bought Zen from the in game store, xbox took my money, still havent recieved the Zen in game...? Any suggestions??

    Neverwinter Zen promo issue

    There is a Zen charge promo going on right now in Neverwinter where if you purchase 20,000 Zen you get an array of bonus items to go along with your Zen. I initially purchased 23,000 Zen to take advantage of the promotion.

    About a week or so later, Zen was on sale so I decided to purchase 46,000 Zen thinking I’d get the Zen plus I’d be able to get more bonus items. No where in game or on the purchase screen does it say that you can only partake in the promotion once. I contacted
    Neverwinter support and they told me that I should have checked their website or forums to know that I could only redeem the promo once. I find that ridiculous and borderline devious to not have any info in game about limitations on the promo. They don’t even
    direct you in game or on the payment screen to visit their website to learn more about the promo and its restrictions. I feel swindled. I either want all of the promotions I paid for or I want a refund of all of my Zen purchases.

    That was for Neverwinter Zen and Star Trek Zen. Since those are for two different games, neither of them met the $5 minimum for 1, 2, FREE.

    That is bizarre. On the US/Engligh site (billing.arcgames.com/en) it's US$1 per 100 Zen, with bonus Zen if you buy $50 or more at once.

    With the NOK being about 8:1 for USD, I'd expect 500 Zen to be about 40 NOK - 29,50 seems a bargain. But you're right that something is wrong with the progression of prices as you buy more. The 5300 quantity is the same as the US "5000 + bonus" quantity
    (the bonus is 300 Zen), which is $50 or about 450 NOK. The 549 NOK price is crazy.

    You might want to look into buying Zen through the Arcgames site instead of through the Xbox. There probably is some exchange rate algorithm that has gone crazy. If you want to raise a support issue, my suggestion would be to raise it to Arc, not to Microsoft.
